How Do I Sign In to My Southern Living Account?
To access your Southern Living account, follow these steps:
- Select any recipe on SouthernLiving.com.
- Scroll down the page until the hamburger menu appears in the top left corner of your screen.
- Select the Log In to Southern Living Account towards the bottom of the menu.
- Choose one of the available sign-in options:
- Continue with Email
- Continue with Facebook
- Continue with Google
- If you choose Continue with Email, a 5-digit verification code will be sent to your email address.
- Enter the verification code to complete sign-in.
How Do I Know If I'm Signed In?
You are signed in if you see the Southern Living Account dropdown in the top navigation bar.
I'm Not Receiving the Login Code. What Should I Do?
First, check your spam or junk folder. You should also review any email filters, tabs, or folders provided by your email service (such as Promotions, Updates, or Other) in case the message was automatically sorted there.
If you still do not see the email, please add no-reply@auth.southernliving.com to your Safe Sender list and request a new code.
Why Isn't My 5-Digit Code Working?
There are a few common reasons a code may not work:
A Newer Code Replaced It
Each time you request a new code, any previously issued code becomes invalid. Be sure you're entering the most recent 5-digit code you received.
The Code Expired
Verification codes remain valid for 30 minutes. If more than 30 minutes have passed, request a new code and try again.
Can My Login Code Be Sent to My Phone?
No. At this time, Southern Living only supports email-based verification codes. Login codes cannot be delivered via text message (SMS).
